Submit your Certification Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: THAT IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST CERTIFICATION TO USE THEIR VA BENEFITS FOR EVERY SEMESTER THEY WOULD LIKE TO USE THEM AT PPCC.  Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation page in your screen. If you do not receive this confirmation, please confirm with the MVP office that you successfully submitted your certification request form. You can email mvp@ppcc.edu or call 719.502.4100.
