Depending on the nature of the allegations made in the complaint, the complaint will either be investigated under the Civil Rights Investigation Process or the Title IX Investigation Process.
While most sexual misconduct complaints will be investigated under the Title IX Investigation process, allegations occurring outside of the United States will be investigated under the Civil Rights Investigation Process.
