Complete the following before your classes start!
- Set up your Student Email
- Sign onto your myPPCC Portal, click on the “Student Email” icon in the upper right hand corner.
- The default password is your birthday. StudentMMDDYYYY - e.g. April 14, 1980 = Student04141980
- Enter the same password you use to log in to the myPPCC portal.
- Set the time zone (Mountain Time), click “OK”.
- You have now set up your student email, check it weekly!
- All official communications between the student and PPCC will come through this email account.

- Follow up on your funding
- Financial aid
- Check in myPPCC Portal under the “Student Finance” tab.
- If there are red flags under “Financial Aid Requirements” go to any of the Enrollment Services offices.

- Review Important Dates
- Review the start, drop, withdraw, and end dates for your classes by checking your “Detailed Student Schedule” in your student portal.
- Also review where your courses are scheduled.
- Parking at Downtown Studio Campus
- Get a Parking Hang Tag, maps and directions from Student Life. All other campuses have open access parking and do not require hang tags.
- Get your Books
- Search online through the PPCC Bookstore website.
- Or bring your schedule with you to the Bookstore on any campus.
- Get your Student I.D. Card
- Bring your schedule to Student Life. Student Life Locations
- Student I.D. Cards are required for access to the Computer Labs and to check out materials from the Library.
